Training Leading and Managing Organisational Change

In today’s turbulent business environment, change is a constant. Organisational growth and survival depend on how well organisational transition is handled. The success rate of organisational transition has a dismal record of between 20 to 50 percent. Primary reason is the lack of consideration for the ‘human factors’ of organisational change.
