Informasi Jadwal Training Need Analysis DESKRIPSI Training Needs Analysis adalah sebuah alat yang ampuh, mutakhir, dan dahsyat dalam menganalisa kebutuhan pelatihan bagi sumber daya manusia  di lingkungan organisasi.
