Training Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for Competitive Advantage

The American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) define a business process as: “A set of logically related tasks or activities performed to achieve a defined business outcome”.
Every business has unique processes, needs and as the business grows, these business processes must evolve with the demands of the new business environment. Many existing processes have been designed within the confines of individual functions and do not make use of modern technology for information processing.
This workshop addresses the managerial and operational challenges of maintaining relevancy of the company business processes with the changing environments. Business processes that are antiquated need to be redesigned to enable businesses to operate more effectively, efficiently and profitably.
