  • Implement the industrialization process of a product and related tools on a part by focusing on a manufacturing process

Optimization of the elements of mechanical systems

  • Analyze a mechanical system:
    => Formulating the problem

    • specifications
    • architecture and configuration
    • modeling
  • Qualify and validate the performance of a system:
    => Check the eligibility of the solution

    • choice of actuators
    • checking of parts and subassemblies
    • environmental constraints
  • Propose and implement an optimization approach:
    => Optimize system settings

    • design
    • sizing
    • performance

Optimized parts manufacturing

  • Analyze a part from a mechanical system:
    • process-related constraints on parts design and choice of materials
    • link between the technical functions, the material and the process
  • Develop the definition file:
    • assessment, optimized determination of tolerancing
  • Create and validate the routing:
    • obtaining relevant parameters from the part (entity, precision, prior constraint, technical functions; etc.)
    • choice of manufacturing and inspection methods and resources
    • validation through geometrical and technological simulation
    • drafting of manufacturing documents
  • Analyze and implement the manufacturing process:
    • process modeling
    • process simulation
    • implementation of the process and tests
    • operation by comparing the simulation and experimental results
  • Qualify the manufacturing process:
    • definition of objects to be inspected on the process or product
    • selection and implementation of inspection procedures
    • draw the connection between results and the inspection process
